Matt was my son's exercise physiologist through the NDIS for 2-3 years. He encouraged my son to progress at his own pace and in line with his fitness level, resulting in significant strength gains.

I came to Matt struggling with ongoing knee pain that was holding me back in competitive Masters netball and making me unsure about skiing again. I thought it was my knee, but Matt’s thorough assessment revealed the real problem was a lack of hip rotation and inactive, weak back muscles on my right side.
Matt created a targeted program focused on improving my mobility, control, and strength. Within weeks, my knee pain eased, and I felt stronger, more stable, and confident in my movements.
Now, I’m back on the netball court pain-free and excited to hit the ski slopes again. Thank you Matt, I’m moving better and back doing the things I love.
